update: not so lucky on next purchase but, most broken ones where not really sellers, although they really need to use heavy duty boxes for these fragile still delicious cakes…. originally wished we didn’t have to buy a case of these to try them out but, turns out these were so worth taking a chance on! i decide to get the ‘original’ version over the cinnamon i was first looking at, figured we can add flavor/things to those but, you couldn’t take out what may be nasty flavoring to your tastebuds with the others. it was a good choice, i have added cinnamon sugar on them, dipped them in/scooped up apple sauce with them, enjoyed tuna salad on them and my favorite put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on them and melted it for a couple seconds YUMMY!! I am limited to 1260 calories for maintaining my weight so for the last 2 days it has been very nice being able to enjoy more foods during the day because of mostly these (i actually got to snack a lot more yesterday and didn’t even hit my allowed calorie total!!).. i am just amazed at how so versatile these can be.. will say i was iffy about receiving these after seeing some reviews but, my case actually arrived straight from seller with 99% of the medium tortilla sized fluffy rice cakes being intact, only one in every bag was broken if they were a broken one in a bag.. perfect to me.

I've been enjoying these for years. I prefer them to bread for sandwiches. I also use them as crackers for dipping. Their light flavor (original) goes with anything you want to put on it, sweet to savory. In addition, this company is very customer responsive and I will buy from them again.

I just love this product. Why? Bc I it’s a big challenge for me to lose weight. Buy in the past 2 years I shrank 5” in height due to back compression fxs and so being overweight turned into becoming officially “Obese”. But since I began eating these very low calorie, zero-fat, crunchy, satisfying large wafers I believe they are the biggest contributor to me losing weight finally. I accidentally ordered the plain ones last time instead of the cheese, which is my favorite. I eat them at night when I am hungry. They are only 15 calories each so it’s a challenge to over indulge. I will order again when this box gets low.

These don't really taste like anything, which makes this perfect with jam, butter, cheese, soup, dip, you name it. You get a lot in the box and we still haven't finished up the order we placed a few months ago. If you're trying to be more conscious of your calorie intake but you have a snacking problem, these could be a solid option. Now that's not the green light to fall into any logical fallacies ("oh but this would only be 20cal!"), but it helps with the transition for sure. In nearly every package there is one or two that broken into some larger pieces but that's not a deal breaker for us.

They taste great and are very versatile. The packaging was excellent- despite being so delicate, they were all whole when I received them.

A 4 Carb wheat flour wafer is not keto, especially when you need at least 2 or 4 to make some sort of decent snack. Problem is has no fiber to offset the spike in insulin. It is only 15 calories but those are 100% carb calories. No protein or fiber. It is good and works as low calorie but should not be labeled KETO in headline. If they were 1 carb each with 1 fiber and some protein... OK, maybe keto.

So many uses, so many you can have it with this or with that. So there's no one thing that I recommend because it can be eaten with all of your favorites.
