I am a big fan of master chef show and I love to experiment while cooking. I was very found of Chinese knife and this product is the perfect fit to my knife collection. The quality is good with this price. Must buy Now I having fun while chopping and cutting vegetables. Once I tried to cut meat and it cuts very smoothly

First i thought of it is razor sharp and it will cut even chicken bones as well. But it is not as sharp as what we imaging seeing the picture and assumption in our mind (where chefs using chopper). But it is very decent and it will cut easily. Meats and all we need to put some effort

Meat cutting keliye badiya hai aur product bhi achha hai, abhi use korne se pata lagega ki kaisa hai

I have been looking for a cleaver as the earlier one had run the course. The one purchased can be used for chopping vegetables, slicing fish and cut meat as well. You just have to apply little bit pressure on the top of the cleaver and it just slices the fish as required. This is very very sharp and excellent product. Note - Ensure to keep out of children as they do not know the sharpness of this product and damage it can inflict.
