Echo
Great value but you sacrifice quality. I thought it was great but kept getting complaints of an echo so when I bought a pricier one I could immediately tell the difference. This is probably good for occasional use but not if you talk all day to important customers, the echo it creates makes for hard communication and a stressful day.

Much better that the equivalent Jabra
Been using Jabra UC Voice over the last few years and just got tried of how they fit/felt. Not to mention I never quite liked how the boom mic worked. So I decided to give this a try.I really like this compared to the Jabra. Not only does it work better on the fit and comfort, it's sound quality is equal or slightly better. The mic/volume controls are definitely better, and the overall quality of the build seems to be better. It cost a bit more than the Jabra, but it is well work it.

Not good soung quality
On most calls my customers say they can barely hear me and mic could be longer. Not so good sound quality.

Good Sound Quality For The Price
Over the past year I’ve used this headset many times on Zoom calls. The sound quality is excellent. The volume control works well. They are a good buy for the price.

Not for me
This did not fit properly on my head, and it feels cheap. The sound was also too low. I tutor from home and need a good headset that fits over just one ear, and this was not it. Easy return though!

Sounds comes through muffled
Customers cannot hear me.
