Fusion Climb Z-Max

Quality for the price is disappointing. It glides smoothly. But after only maybe a 100 rides the handles already are peeling and sliding off. The front side is constantly getting stuck on the stopper. Both sides of the metal just cut into anything. Had to install more solid flat faced block at the stopping point. Don't know how long before replacing the block, before the metal of the glider will cut through it as well

Our old zip line trolley was plastic and metal and had to be threaded through the trolley at the time of installation. This resulted in it being left out in all kinds of weather. However, you can install the Fusion Climb Z-Max trolley in a matter of seconds and remove it from the zip line just as quickly. No need to leave it out in inclement weather. It's also a great safety feature because no one can sneak a ride on the zip line when it's unattended. Best of all is its quality, heavy metal construction and the comfortable handle grips. I doubt that I'll ever need to buy another trolley, but if I do, it will be this one.

I loved the sturdiness and ease of installing. Kids loved how well it rolls over the 100 foot long cable. Worth every penny.

CALLING ALL ZIPPERS....If your future plans are to build a zip line whether beginner or a full-scale long-haul line this IS a GREAT choice of trolley for the job. I just completed a zip line for my son and his family in Philadelphia three weeks ago. It utilized a 3/8" galvanized steel cable capable of 10,000 pounds break strength. The project went great and the kids (8 and 13 and their friends) are having BIG TIME FUN with this new addition to the back yard. Over 100 feet long. The Z-MAX Trolley is very robust in steel weight. Bearings are super smooth. You will not be disappointed with this choice. The grab handles are just right for all size hands (kids and adult) NO SLIPPING. Also managed to hang a rope seat from the eyes. Super safe for all weights. Every item from connectors to line to trolley and platform was designed with at least a 2X safety factor. This trolley is well made, comfortable to hold, and is easy to attach/detach. However, it is much slower than my Petzl tandem trolley so the rider gets stuck 50' short on our 300' line. I replaced the 6200RS sealed bearings with 6200ZZ shielded bearings and this fixed the problem. The 6200RS bearings added a lot of friction that was resolved with the 6200ZZ bearings. Note: The bearings are press fit in the sheave/pulley and held in place with a retaining ring. Once disassembled, the bearing can be tapped out of the pulley with a hammer and a rod (I used a 3/8" bolt), and the retaining ring will need special pliers to remove/re-install. Hope this helps!

Perfect! Great trolley! I bought to replace a "generic" trolley that wobbled and made noise as it traveled down our zipline. This Fusion Climb Z-Max I liked as soon as I got it out of the package! It was easy to attach to our existing zipline - didn't have to thread the zipline cord through it because this trolley opens from the bottom to attach securely to the zipline. Also, it's got to be the smoothest trolley! It just g-l-i-d-e-s on the zipline as if it floating on air.... and with practically no sound! I can't say enough wonderful things about this trolley! It's great! It's very affordable! Very strong! Well made! Very trustworthy (I trust with my grandchildren)! Love the red color! Love it! Thank you for making a great product!

I bought four different trolleys to test out on a 400 foot zipline across my lake, this was the fastest one! Using the other three trolleys, the rider would typically stop about 5-10 feet too early, requiring that someone toss them a rope to pull them in. With this trolley all riders (65 lbs to 220 lbs) made it all the way across the lake, allowing them to stand on platform and take the trolley off themselves (8 yrs old to 40 yrs old). Not sure why this one is faster than the others, but I'm now buying a second one.

I used other gears for my 260 feet zipline, and I always had a problem when you jump in water ,cause the line makes a bow effect and the mounted handle bar turns around the cable, and gets stuck. Using this combo trolley, no cable gets mixed with the line, and the rid is much smoother and faster with it. It is a great product.

Design solide. Poignées confortables. Très facile à enlever ou a mettre sur le filin métallique. J'ai ajouté un mousqueton pour fermer au bas et suspendre un siège du même coup et jamais la poignée ne s'est coincée dans le fil d'acier à la fin de la descente ou en quittant le siège : le mousqueton empêche les plateaux de se distancer. J'ai installé ça sur un brin 5/16" DIA et car je recherchais la solidité : très satisfait de mon achat !

bought - Fusion Climb Z-Max Military Tactical Edition Stainless Steel Zip Line Speed Trolley Pulley with Grip Bars - and it is amazing . Used for kids, adults, etc. hours and hours of fun. no idea on the mileage already on it but it has been a very, very good purchase for us. We remove from the line and store inside. I really love the fact how it can just unclip from the line and be removed. a bonus compared to other similar products.

This is perfect for our zip line. I came back to buy another one so we always have one one at the beginning of the line but it’s sadly unavailable now.
