The Mo Cuishle massage pillow comes in a nice cardboard box with a plastic carrying handle, a standard 110v~240v power adapter, and a seperate car power adapter. The pillow has a soft leather (suprised me) , the quality of which is very good.I first sampled this product at a local store that focuses on the back and the relaxation thereof...I'm sure you can figure out which one. I loved the product but wasn't about to pay 129 dollars for it. You can imagine my surprise when I saw it was available on Amazon for 49 dollars.My biggest concern was the strength of the motor. I.e, how much pressure can you place on it before the motor begins to whirl from too much weight. I'm not a huge guy, 190 pounds on a 6 foot frame, but big enough to potentially strain the device depending on my sitting position and area where the pillow is placed. Let me tell you, I've placed this device underneath my thighs while sitting in an office chair and the balls kept rolling albeit a little bit slower. Now, it remains to be seen the long term stress this places on the motor but so far so good. I use it on multiple spots everyday; thighs, back, and neck specifically.There is no heat adjustment setting, however, the heat is absolutely perfect for me, between the high and medium setting on my heating pad (high being too hot for long term, medium being too cold). The operaton couldn't be simpler, a single push on the only button turns heat on and off, 1 seconds to turn off.The message action is wonderfull, The advantage of the pillow over a full message chair is the ability to place the pillow exactly where you need relief, instead of having to adjust your body to a fixed chair (or go thru a seperate setup proccess). The portability of the pillow is also a nice plus, its small and portable (you can even use the box it comes in for storage and transportation) with a convienent strap for attaching it to your car seat if desired.Overall this pillow did the trick for me, relieved my back pain and saved me lots of money over a message chair.I'm extremely happy with the purchase thus far and finding it for 100 dollars cheaper is the icing on the cake. I will update my review over the next few months paying special attention to the life of the internal motor. Happy relaxation!

I ordered this for my niece. She is a stay at home mother of 2 toddlers and she pretty much does it all on her own. She doesn't get a lot of TLC and is prone to migraines and tension in the upper back and neck. She text me these pix and can't stop raving about this massager. So, I bought myself one. She wasn't not exaggerating, it's amazing. My husband tried it and now wants one of his own. So, guess what??? His birthday is in a week and I just purchased another one for him! Need I say more?!!!

I honestly look at reviews about people saying their lives are changed by the stuff on here. But this thing has SPOILED me. I'm becoming a pretty rigorous cyclist these last couple months and I originally bought this to massage out any tightness in my back or whatever. But NOW im using it for EVERY single ache and pain. I shower and basically rub my legs and back down with this every other day.One caveat is that it may take a moment to really get started after you've used it for a few weeks, but it doesn't give up any power, or at least to my knowledge. If you've got sore muscles or anything like that, for the price I think this could be useful for you like it was for me.

I have awful pain from the middle of my back up through my shoulders. I cannot afford professional massages and my husband just can't massage hard enough to really work out the knots. I bought this based on ratings and price, but didn't hold out much hope that it would do what I needed.I've had it for one night and am in-love. Obviously things could still go wrong after using it for more than one evening, and if it does I'll change my rating. But for right now, this was a wonderful investment!!! I had my husband try it, and we agreed we would have to fight for custody if we got divorced LOL Looks like I'll be buying a second one to so my beloved husband can get pampered too.

UPDATED REVIEW: The first neck massager I purchased had an odor to it (the vinyl) that I was sensitive to and I let them know it was strong. They confirmed that they no longer use that material and that there is no odor anymore. I received my replacement massager and there is NO SMELL as promised. I am so happy and I appreciated their help in resolving this matter.

I love the deep massage action. Works really well. My only complaint is that, after using it daily for two months, it started making an odd noise. Closer inspection showed the inner lining had worn through so the massager on one side was getting caught in it. I ended up just cutting out the lining and so far no problem.

Man! This powerhouse is a God send. What a wonder! I literally just pick it up few minutes ago as soon as Amazon deliver this is the quickest review I ever wrote and I'm a person who always almost never writes reviews. I'm also a person who doesn't like massages because my body can't take the hard kneading anyway I unboxed and said to myself this is going back because the kneading balls felt hard as a rock but needless to say I said to myself let me at least try it before I send it back OWOW this thing falls like heaven the knead is not at all painful just enough to release the tension achey tight muscles etc. The reason why I bought it though is because I'm a nurse and I was helping my coworker with a patient last week a day after that I started getting this mad pain in my upper back which I was using some cream for pain along with taking tylenol but after bit over a week I wasn't getting any relief so I just happen upon this masterpiece with all the heavenly reviews and decided to try it. AWESOME PRODUCT few minutes and already my back is feeling great I really like that you can put it wherever you want

I luv it! Works great, it's quiet and kneads very well. Great massager for a low price.* Well,I spoke too soon. It's only been a month and it does not work as well as it should. It turns on and off while in use for no apparent (double checked everything)reason. 5 stars down to 2 1/2😟
