The ashwagandha powder is fresh. The quality is good. I bought my previous powder from a different supplier. I could feel the difference in the taste. This is a much better product.

I used this product to add to my moon milk to help with insomnia. It did help with the insomnia! But I didn’t like the way it made my tea taste. I had to add more sweetener to mask the flavor. I need to try using an immersion blender to see if it helps incorporate it into the drink better.

I mix the ashwagandha powder into my morning smoothie along with amla powder. It definitely has a taste, but it blends in well enough. I found the package size to be a great value.

I use about a teaspoon daily. This is a lot cheaper than buying ashwagandha in the capsules. I use a Tupperware container to divide the contents and make it easier to access and measure. I simply measue a heaping teaspoon into my morning coffee. It it dissolves completely and does not significantly alter the coffee's flavor ..

Ashwagandha does not taste good but it works to keep my hormones in check. I just need 1 teaspoon a day and I'm good. My boyfriend is huge and so I need to keep up my juiciness and libido. I'm 58 and thanks to yoga, a vegan diet, lifting weights, and taking DHEA 50 mg, along with my Ashwagandha, I'm not aging like most people. I have tons of energy and I can surf forever!

Taste like saw dust. I used the bulk supplements powered brand and I got more out of it I think and the taste wasn't as ... saw dusty. So I take a spoonful before bed and it helps me sleep through the night. Same with the bulk supplements brand but I think it helped with anxiety as well. After a couple months of the other one, things that would cause the center of my chest to tense up didn't. I'm not getting that with this one just the good sleep.
