I shoot wedding photography and play a lot of fortnite. I needed a chair that I can sit in for hours whether I’m editing or playing. At first I though I wanted a DcRaxer or OPGaming chair that was like $300-$400! But then I saw the Hbada chairs on Instagram from a gaming setup. I read that ergonomic chairs are both better for your body and cheaper so you can save money.I ordered this one because I was desperate for a chair. This chair is really really great. The chair I had was pretty bad honestly so any chair would’ve been an upgrade. But the first night I actually edited video ALL night until the next day with no sleep. Usually with my old chair I’d be hurting but this new chair felt like a dream! Again, the second night I stayed up all night editing and playing fortnite and I had no problems. I love the arm rests, love the seat cushion. I really love the mesh backing so that my fan can blow cool air on me and I love the headrest. I’m 5”11 so when I sit up straight the headrest is actually on the lower part of my head/neck. But when you recline just a bit you then can make the headrest go high on your head and relax. It’s awesome.Great price. Easy to put together. Thank you!

It took about 15 minutes to set the chair up, it is not the most sturdy chair when put together in the terms of being solid. I still feel it is a great chair and does fit it for what I need it for, the ONLY thing I think the design is missing is being able to tilt/rock back and forth but the arm rests already move when you use the tilt adjustment. I still love this chair and think it is comfortable! The sides are a bit tight since I do carry some weight, I am 5ft 4in tall and weight about 210lbs to give my fluffy ladies an idea about how it fits. I do not have to cram myself into the chair but it is not an oversize wide chair, the padding/seat I was shocked on, I really enjoy it! Overall I think it is a good chair, I think the price is a tad high for the overall features, sturdiness, etc but that is just me. I still fully recommend this product! *DISCLAIMER* The wheels on this chair I bought different ones than what comes with it because I don't like the wheels of normal office chairs. These ones are called Owl Office brand office wheels. :)

I purchased 2 of these chairs, one in white and one in black. Both of them cracked in the exact same place due to the support being made of plastic. I contacted Hbada and they admitted they made a mistake when they ordered the makers for the parts and offered me a refund for my first chair. I had asked them at that time, if they would take care of the second chair also since they told me that their chair was defective and they said they would. I contacted them this past week and they are saying they will not warranty or take care of it, because it has been over a year, even though the reason it broke was because the connector is made of plastic.Beyond the cheap way their product is made (all of it is plastic) and their lack of customer service, the chair itself is not comfortable. The seat does not have a lot of cushion, so I had to purchase an additional seat cushion since it seems like it was not made for comfortable sitting over a long period. The wheels also have popped out easy, where I've had to force it back in.If you are looking for a comfortable chair that is backed by their manufacturer, this chair is not for you.

I am updating my review to reflect my experience with the seller. After leaving my review, they reached out to me to make things right. They offered a full refund which I appreciate immensely. While the chair didn’t work for me, I am grateful for the lengths the seller went to go above and beyond to change the experience for me. Thank you again.

Bought this for my son last Christmas. He really liked the chair. Said it was comfortable and the added head pillow was a nice feature. However I think it should have lasted longer. The arm broke this week, it's unfixable, so he has a new chair on his Christmas list this year.

The seat cushion already wasn't great when I first sat on it but within a week it compressed and pushed outward leaving nothing but a small layer of cloth between me and the plywood base. The lift seems to be slowly failing when I first got it my legs would touch the bottom of my desk when fully up but now there's a 2-inch gap. The wheels are horrible but that seems to be the norm at this price range, I only roll my chair around when I'm standing up so I didn't bother to order better ones if you do I would highly recommend it. The back has 6 bolts in total that hold it on, 2 to the seat, 4 to the back, because there are only 2 bolts holding the back to the seat they quickly loosen and allow the back to move a few inches to either side if you lean on the armrests, I tried using Loctite to keep them from loosening but it only delayed it for a day. The armrests are nice but I do wish the cushions went back a little farther, they loosen up pretty quickly as well if you don't Loctite them but they haven't loosened since Loctiting them. The head/neck rest feels too far back when sitting up leaning back on it puts my head in an upward-looking position, nice for looking at the wall mounted tv above my monitors but uncomfortable for using the primary monitors. The chair can recline flat but it really doesn't feel like you should kind of get that feeling like you're going to lose your balance or somethings gonna break. Metal legs seem nice and very sturdy but the plastic thing that covers the welds is a pos, loose, and rattles around threw it away the first day. It's not a horrible chair but for the price, it's not much better than the dining room chair I was using and I think you could get something better or spend a bit more and get something significantly nicer.
