This product is so subpar for the money. Even at a much, much lower price point it would be horribly overpriced—it really is that cheaply made. It came in a brown box so that there is no way to keep the components together once you take it out of the box. The material that you are to use for the backdrops is very cheap, arrives rolled up and once unrolled is beyond usable as it is so wrinkled. It is not nicely finished. Instead, it has just been cut off at the end. I would be afraid to try to wash it or iron it, as it was of such a poor quality. (Before the package arrived I received an email telling me that the material might be wrinkled, but that they were working on improving this in the future. They said that I could wash it and iron it to solve this problem...really?!)As I needed to photograph some of my jewelry, I considered using the box with my own material. When I tried to put the box together, however, I could not get it to stay together—even when I was able to get the velcro to stick, the construction was so shabby that the box was collapsing on itself. The velcro was so thin that I thought perhaps the construction was a mistake.I was really in need of a lightbox, and I tried to make this work. Finally I decided that for almost $40 dollars, it just wasn't worth it. I put it back in the box and returned it. No, I didn't get my jewelry photographed, but this item was too defective to make it work. I tried using the directions that came with it, but it is one tiny page that doesn't even discuss how to use put it together, much less how to use the lights, etc.It really is a very poor quality product, from the construction to the materials to the directions that accompany it. It really felt as if I was being promised one thing and sent another...a big ripoff. Don't waste your money!

I'm in love with this lightbox and it just arrive this morning! I've been using it in a room that is poorly lit in early morning and the pictures still turn out true to color. Yes, you still have to edit your results, but the lighting is nice and even on the product themselves. Here's some resulting pictures from my photo shoot for my etsy shop PeacexLovexPets.

I wanted a photo light tent that wasn't going to cost a lot. After reading reviews I landed on this one. Some have said that the backdrops were wrinkled or folded, but that was not the case for me. Although I'm not going to get any catalogue-ready photos with larger items (see photos), I will get softer lighting, which is what I care most about. Smaller items get much cleaner photos, but the lighting is up to you. My photo of the headphones has harsher lighting, for example, while the audio cable photo has softer lighting because I adjusted the lights out a little between shots.For a shooting setup, I stretched a large piece of cardboard over the top of a shelf because of the lack of space in my office, but this is designed to be broken down and stored and stores pretty easily.

ESDII Contacted me to give a honest review of this product and thats exactly what im going to do So bare in mind this is not a professional review this is my Personal review of how I see this tent being used and who and what i would recommend this forWhats in the box?You get the a Nice fold-able tent with a open front side its good and bad where you can see your product in all its glory but i would of liked the front to have been covered as well with a small opening so no light would escape* But you get 2 pretty strong LED Lamps to compensate for that2x Led Lamps, The build quality Of the led lamps are sub par its very cheap you can just tell, but the leds are extremely bright!! they have a fold out tripod on the bottom that screws out or you can pull to expose 3 metal rods that keep it standing, the Lamps can rotate at a 180 degree angle which is nice makes for some creative lighting!Multiple Backdrops Black/red/White/Blue Quality is very bad they are folded so they have Creases up the wazooo, its a huge buzzkill for me because you have to iron them, if you iron them im sure they would be more presentable but since I didn't have a iron on hand it makes it inconvenient thus my rating docking a star, also the fact that its a dust and dirt magnet kind of ruins it for me so make sure you clean your items thoroughly especially if your doing a multiple session for online sales etcAll pictures provided are Straight from the camera no edits JPEG , No Post processing so you get more of a realistic idea what the images would look like with a Pro DSLR.The size is very nice especially for the price and the other competitors that are just to small or with a small led strip that gives hardly any light at all so with the price and size its a no-brainer but is it right for you?Now thats up to how much time you have and what your shooting with, If you have a camera or phone with the option to change exposures, white balance , or you dont mind doing post processing to crop and properly expose the background your Golden this should work fineIf your shooting with a phone or you dont have what i mention aboved i would opt for a tent with better lighting options or backdropsThere is so much things you can do with this tent since the both sides and top are white and diffuse the light from the lamps so one change of the lamps location can change your whole composition of the photo for different effects , the tents with the premade LEDS from the Top or side dont allow that so its a nice thing to have, If anything get both! they offer different shooting options , if your on a budget i would recommend it also, if not go for the Bigger esddi tent its honestly a beast its double the price but everything is upgraded even the backdrops which are vinyl so less dust and no creasesHope this somewhat helps!
