I was concerned about how these chairs would look in-person but they look great. The material is soft and feels nice against your skin. The frames are sturdy and the seat is very comfortable. They were very easy to put together and the screws for each chair were packaged separately making it easier to keep up with all of the pieces. The frame pieces were all individually wrapped, protecting them from scratches and dents during shipping. I’m very happy with what we received.

The chairs are really pretty and the base was sturdy and good quality. unfortunately the back of the chair sat too low on my spine and was uncomfortable so they aren't chairs you can sit back and relax in. The return process was easy with help from their customer service rep LIU. They made direct email contact and sent labels the next day for returns.
