Ok for a 8 inch wrist

Some of the segments in the wristband have a hole on the inside, if you press something like a paperclip into the hole that segment can be taken out. Repeat till the wristband is the right size then join it back together. That's what I did.

I don’t see why not, though there is quite a lot of inscribed information already in place on the reverse. I suppose it depends on what you want to inscribe! Maybe small name and date!
