Works good so far. It’s not as noisy as some and makes ice really fast. The app is really just an annoyance, so I deleted it.

This was so easy to use. I bought it for my daughter-in-law. She she plugged it in and it did not take long for the ice to be made. It’s efficient. It’s quiet and it makes good ice. Love it.

Bought this to replace another brand that lasted 18 months. I much prefer this one, even though they look similar. This is more solidly made and feels of higher quality. In addition, what seems like a minor thing, but isn't: the scoop that comes with it is deeper and grabs ice more easily so getting the ice out is simple. The best thing is that the machine works with Alexa over wifi, so I set a routine for it to start making ice just before I get up and stop making ice when I go to bed. All ice makers of this type make a small rattle when the ice drops into the bin. It's not loud, but I don't even hear that at night now.

I want to say that I really like the machine. The overall quality of the ice maker is a 4 out of 5. The ice makes quickly. The option to choose a size is great. The consistency and the texture of the ice is good. I would say you have to know what you want to use the ice for. The bigger cubes are great for mixing drinks. They stay longer and do a great job of cooling the drinks. The smaller cubes tend to melt faster and are great it your want to chill a warm drink. The machine does not produce a very loud sound. I think the sound level is minimal. I have traveled with the machine to other houses and outside to places I know will have a plug. The water melts right back into the trey so if it’s hot outside the machine will continue to make ice as the ice melts if left to long. The ap is user friendly. The 4 out of 5 is because of the buttons on the front. I am not very found of having to use one button for multiple things. There is a tendency to over press or not knowing if you pressed it hard enough to get your desired results. I found myself thinking I changed the size of the ice and after waiting a few minutes realizing it did not take the button push. Overall I would recommend this machine. The ability to travel with the machine is great. Easy to use. And the size options are amazing. Over time I will get use to the button pushing

The product is worth the value! The size of the product fit perfectly on my countertop! There are options too choose from as far as the size of the ice! Very easy too use and doesn’t take long to produce ice once u refill with water! It is portable! It come with ice utensils and ice packages too store ice in refrigerator! I would suggest this product too anyone!
