Unable to set time properly even after trying multiple times

I bought this alarm clock for my teenager, who always oversleeps, and it has made a huge difference! Absolute Garbage. Don’t buy this. It stand hardly for 1 or 2 days with 3 AAA batteries. You cant keep its light on as it goes in sleep mode in 10 seconds. Worthless of a watch

The quality and the asthetic of the clock is top notch, it has everything as described in it's discription, the only drawback is that it needs a power cord, without considering that, the clock brought a good look to my TV unit and the coustomer care is quick to response too.

Do not buy... you will loose your money 1st week it run with bettry after 2nd week onwards it will need continues charging, If you will remove charging time will be auto rest and even time you need to set the time, but the irritation part it if you remove charger or light get off again it need to reset the time. This compnay looted us by 1200 rupees.
