Haven't used long enough to tell a difference but the taste isn't bad at all! I take it straight from the bottle. It has a sweet taste.

I bought this a while back and started taking it but didn’t really track my hair growth. First thing I noticed was how fast my nails were growing. If I broke a nail down to the numb, it grew back in 2.5 weeks and was extremely strong! I had been wearing my hair in ponytails with a silk beanie hat on my hair for months and wasn’t paying my hair growth any attention. I washed my hair last night and towel dried my hair MY EDGES WERE SO FULL IT LOOKED LIKE I GOT A LINING LIKE MAN! (I’m a woman) I’m talking I couldn’t see through my hair line at all!!!
