Relaxing pad, seems durable. Been using it for awhile. It gets hot and might burn someone with sensitive skin but there are a few settings and the lower ones aren’t as hot, but so far I haven’t had that problem. It’s a good size to cover half my legs or back. It’s nice to have a variety of settings.

This truly is a form of therapy. The Red Light treatment is great and has helped me tremendously. It’s relaxing at first, but with continued use, I can tell it has helped the muscles in my back (and other areas). They are not as tight and are mire more relaxed. I plan to continue using it daily.

Works well. Not as intense as another brand but more reliable and resilient. Good value. Really helps reduce muscle pain.

I hurt my back recently and was having trouble recovering. Laying on this 20 minutes a day accelerated the healing and reduced the pain. Highly recommend! The plastic cover starts off a bit cold so i lay on it with clothing until it warms up, then bare skin for the best affect. My back is fully recovered but i still use it weekly. I also used it on my sore knee and my knee is 100% pain free now. Highly recommend if you are hurting with sore joints, back pain. You need direct skin contact for best results. Heats up really good and feels nice.

I know that red light therapy is a long term improvement, but after using it once, my knee pain was reduced, probably from the heat, as it does get quite warm on the high setting. I use it every night.

I bought this product to try red light therapy on my toenails. After using it every day for about 2 weeks, there is a notable difference in my nails. Nails are growing without discoloration and look healthier. The light strip is large enough to fit around a knee so I can use it for both feet at one time when doing nails. It has different light frequencies and an automatic shut- off feature. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Purchased for my husband to aid in recovery after an elbow bursectomy, nerve pinning, and olcreanon bone shave. Not entirely sure if this actually worked, but he liked the warmth and slight compression from the sleeve. This item is well made, has a storage bag, may provide benefit to those who ensure regular usage.
