Received the Freelander 3pcs set for Christmas. First thing I noticed was the balance and feel of the knives. They are of good quality. Today I cooked 2 tri-tip roasts with n my Santa Maria grill over red oak wood and charcoal. The peeling knife worked well when trimming the roasts and the 7” butcher knife made easy work of slicing the roasts. I definitely recommend purchasing this set. I look forward to using these knives for many years.

I really like them, big plans on using them soon. I can't see you damaging them easily unless you do it on purpose. Time will tell with the paint. Case and knife covers are nothing to write home about. Up close you can see the craftsmanship isn't the best around the handles on all 3 but they feel sturdy. Sharp out the box for what I need. Over all a good buy for me. The knife covers are just the right snug they would easily come off unless you're holding the covers themselves do to the weight of the knives.

These guys do the job, used them for my bbq competition to cut my whole chicken. It’s a great set, price was just right. They’re a little on the heavy side, but overall great and did the job just right.
