Quite simply - it works
Easy to use, drill in one hand other hand guiding into drain. Bounce it off obstructions, pull out and remove debris, repeat. Low scoring reviewers must have abused it.

Don't waste your money or time!!
Had to bin this product - waste of time and I should have taken note of the adage 'you get what you pay for' which in this case was a low amount and the product was next to useless. My biggest gripe was that the plastic shank holding the inner steel coil had two tiny screws to secure the coil and clearly not up to the job. Repeatedly fell out and in the end out of sheer frustration simply binned it. Not worth it strongly advise against buying this product.
