Excellent source of Crunch taste and fiber, and delicious taste to add to your breakfast bowl along with an apple, pineapples,pecans, and rasins. Worth trying, will keep you regulated , full and nourished, is delicious too. I've made this for a group of ladies whom delighted in not only eating for enjoyment for staying regulated, which remained comforted daily. O What a Joy of eating. Taste Good Too. Love the cereal you'll love the granola.
I liked the fact that I can enjoy one of my favorite cereals with the combination of my favorite flavors in one granola. I mix it in my yogurt for a filling breakfast fast.
