It offers blue, green, and red light. It offers 3 strengths. I started out on the highest strength. No problem out on a face serum so the wand can slowly be moved around my face. I do the red light for 10 minutes. Then I finish with the blue light for 10 minutes after reapplying my serum. Only had it 5 days but I think I see improvement in acne scars and fine lines in 5 days.
