Good Culture Organic Classic Cottage Cheese, 16 oz

I have never liked cottage cheese, but I know I need it for the protein. I can eat this straight from the container because it’s so good. Mix with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Light and fresh flavor.

The only cottage cheese I can eat and fully enjoy.

It just check all the boxes. Usual buyer from day one. I wish we could have more great gluten-free options like this. Good packaging and labeling (can spot the word "gluten-free" easily without the need of a magnifier). Life changer when you have a strict diet. Hopefully the food industry will understand the market they can add with proper labeling. It's law in many countries where they care about food allergies, % of sodium, sugar, fat... it's basic public health measures. Good stuff here!

Best small size taste great

This is my favorite cottage cheese. Great texture. Perfect balance of creaminess and saltiness. Taste great on its own. But so good with fruit and granola. Really good product.

There are days I just don’t have time to prepare anything. This is so nutrient dense & tastes so divine, that it doesn’t matter if you have it sweet or savory. I’ve done fruit, maple syrup, dark brown sugar, ham & pineapple, buttered sourdough toast w/ salt & pepper,

My go-to Cottage Cheese is Shamrock Farms. When a Whole Foods opened within walking distance I tried every single one of their cottage cheeses and all failed. I can normally get Shamrock Farms from my local Mom n Pop grocer, but occasionally they're out. I tried this as it was not one of the Whole Foods varieties they had when I was working through them. This is a good cottage cheese with a nice tangy flavor. The only minor complaint I have is they appear to have two sizes. Unfortunately, the smaller 5oz variety does not have a replaceable lid. You have to eat it all or eat half and toss the rest.

Such a great source of protein and clean ingredients. I add it to almost every meal, and it somehow seems to go with all flavors.
