I am a competitive gymnast and this beam is PERFECT to practice on at home! It’s also easily transportable due to the folding, so I sometimes take it to the YMCA and use it on the basketball gym floor.The beam is amazingly sturdy - very similar to a competition beam (a tiny bit squishier, but not much at all). I love that it’s made with wood and not just foam, like most other floor beams I’ve used.This exceeded my expectations in firmness and quality of construction. The folding is great and the handles make it even easier to transport. This beam stands up for training aerials, tucks, back handsprings, turns, jumps, etc. Would 100% recommend for advanced or beginner gymnasts! 🤸🏽‍♀️

We’ve only had this beam for about a week, but it’s fantastic. It doesn’t feel exactly like an official beam, but it’s very, very close. It has been very sturdy so far, as well. Because there was no listed weight limit, several of us adults have tried it out, and it has thus far stood up to a 155 lb. adult doing various leaps. This is definitely the folding beam you are looking for. It’s worth noting that our box was severely damaged, most likely during shipping, and the beam had one little 1cm rub mark on the fabric. It doesn’t affect the performance of the beam at all, but I’m a perfectionist, so I thought I’d mention it. I will update this review if there are any durability issues, but so far, we are extremely happy with this beam!

Everything about this is a YES!!!! The quality is superb, it’s wooden with a layer of foam and then wrapped in the velvety outer layer, which is soft yet firm and non slip, it’s wide enough so you can practice all day at home without the stress, it’s long when unfolded so perfect for doing cartwheels and flips on, my daughter loves it and out of all the beams we had something like this in mind, this was the ONE and only one I would find that was exactly what we were looking for. Later in her gym career we will eventually get one that sits higher of the floor but this is perfect for level 1,2,3 and SUBERB quality!!!!

The beam itself is sturdy. Just need to be careful when folding it and moving it as it shifts and could cause it to break. Make sure to always put the elastic band around the ends to hold it together.Very satisfied w/ this product. Would purchase again.

We bought this for my 6yo who is on team. The quality is amazing and it is very sturdy. Both myself and my husband (neither of us are tiny people) can stand on it and it does not squish. The wooden layers really help. I am very happy with this purchase. Well worth the money.

Very sturdy beam but soft enough to practice gymnastics moves. My 8yo niece uses this daily to practice for class! Excellent product and good value!

I bought this for my daughter to practice her gymnastic skills/balance at home. It is so sturdy and easy to fold up and store away.

It’s a nice beam and I like ke the low profile and folding aspect, but it’s way too squishy for my gymnast and doesn’t give the real feel. Luckily a gym friend wanted ours.
