I bought this to use on a locker at the swimming pool. I found out the hard way that if I put my glasses in the locker, I can’t see a combination to open. Used a lock with a key, but lost the key in the pool area. This lock has combo buttons. I still can’t see the numbers without my glasses, but I can feel the buttons to know which ones to push.

It was obvious whoever wrote the inadequate instructions did not speak English. Impossible to operate or set the lock because the directions were not intelligible.

I lock and unlock mine twice each day and several days each week. It works almost every time and when it doesn't it was probably my error.

This lock has 3/8" numerals, painted white on a red background which means they are easy to see after a morning swim. I use it in the locker room where it serves its purpose well. While it may be 5 PRESET digits (you can't change the combination), if someone wants to hack your combination there are NOT 100,000 possible combinations so I would not recommend it someplace that gets no traffic for extended periods of time. There are ten buttons and five of those buttons must be simultaneously depressed in order to open (or close) the lock (by pressing the button on the bottom of the lock to the side). Once re-locked you must press those buttons back in from the back so they are all flush with the back of the lock. There is no specific order the buttons must be depressed. (i.e. 12345 is the same combination as 54321 or 15423.) They are just pins that must be moved to one side and when all of the right pins are pressed, the lock will open. Not terribly secure, but if someone was spending an hour in a occupied locker room trying to figure out my combination, somebody might question what they were doing. I would not recommend it for outdoor use or to secure things of high value.

The buttons have to pushed back into place from the back of the lock so they didn’t ever go back to flush. Since you don’t have to enter the combination numbers in any specific order it’s easy to see the combination. Definitely look elsewhere if you want a lock that someone couldn’t easily guess the combination to

We bought this lock for my 9yr old who is dyslexic. This is the first year for a school locker and he couldnt get the right left right down on a lock. It works good my only issues are that 1st.. you cant change the combination it comes with. It was 5 numbers long and fairly easy for him to remember but being able to set our own wouldve been nice. 2nd.. once you push the buttons down theres a button on the bottom you have to slide over to open it..then once its locked again you have to make sure the number buttons are all pushed back up or anyone that slides that bottom button can open the lock. He did open it on the first try, and we made him do it a few more times to make sure..but when he came home from school he was frustrated that he couldnt get it to lock..it took more than a few tries. May not be best for stubby kid fingers as the buttons are pretty close. But so far works better than a locker combonation lock for him

Solved a major problem: gym-goers that need reading glasses - but don't want to bring (and risk losing) the glasses or sweat on their glasses to use the dial lock for their gym lockers.Take a picture of the code on your phone. Practice a few times to lock and unlock. Start using them for your gym locker using muscle memory!Highly recommended to other gym-goers that need reading glasses.

questo lucchetto non ha bisogno di ricordare la combinazionela manualita' di schiacciamento dei tasti, ripetuta dopo poche volte ,viene memorizzata dall'utente in modo figurativo e ricordata per sempre.quando nuovo bisogna oliarlo sui tasti un po' dopo va' come un trenosembra anche robusto

Ich verwende es im Ausenbereich bei der Vogel voliere bin sehr zufrieden.

Muy práctico porque los números se ven muy bien y es muy rápido ponerlo y quitarlo.
