So far, I love how I feel taking these green tea capsules.
I got this green tea capsules with green coffee beans and apple cider vinegar to help with energy and weight loss. So far they have a very high quality ingredient, great value for the price, easy to use, easy to swallow, more energy, clearer thinking, antioxidants, I have noticed since I've been taking it for a couple weeks but I do sleep better at night, my mind doesn't race as much. I really like that you only have to take one capsule a day. And another thing I really enjoy is it does not give me the jitters like I feel like I'm high on caffeine. I like the effectiveness of the energy, clear thinking and all around better feeling. I will definitely be buying these again.

I have been taking these and love them. Helps me on night shift. And with this and intermittent fasting I have lost 7 pounds. Just pick day or night to eat within a 6 to 8 hour range and take these. Curbs appetite and gives you energy! Love it!!!

I get a steady energy lift in the morning without the jitters
I started taking these capsules with breakfast to help with that sluggish feeling I get before work. After about a week I noticed I had a smoother energy through the morning and I didn’t reach for snacks so quick. It feels gentle not jittery and my stomach handled it fine even on early mornings. I also like that it’s easy to remember since the capsules go down simple with water. By mid day I still feel alert and not dragging which honestly surprised me a bit because most things like this wear off fast for me.
