These are great for giving you that bit of kick on longer endurance rides. Handy packets for travelling, but better value with tub for house.

It's good, but leaves a sticky feeling in your mouth
I like these, they are easy to use and drink and 2 of these saw me through a 100 mile ride during quite a warm day.The problem I have is that each sip lea es you feeling like you just had a really really sugary drink. You feel sticky in your mouth and want a drink of water to remove that feeling.I think they are good, but that sticky feeling is enough for me to switch to something else.
