This was excellent for home made black pudding. there is a recipe on the packet, and more recipes on line. I used an artisan one that did not need to be stuffed into skins, just tray baked. The first batch I tried was pretty good, the next was better and the latest superb. (more seasoning). It is easy to do, inexpensive and well worth bothering.

Used this to make boudin noir (black pudding with a slight difference) works well once you get liquid to dry blood ratios right.
