White Tea Home Diffuser Refill Cartridge - Authentic Westin Hotel Fragrance - Signature White Tea Scent

This makes my house smell so good. The fragrance is not too strong. Perfect!

Although it's on the pricey side, especially after also having to purchase the associated diffuser, the average cost per day can become more reasonable depending on personal usage. The scent is definitely strongest over the first days/weeks, but since the intensity setting on the diffuser is adjustable, we're able to use a single diffuser for a couple months and still get the aromatic benefit. When the diffuser is on, it also serves the purpose of white noise.

This is the second cartridge I have purchased (1st cartridge directly from The Westin Store) and this 2nd cartridge was from Amazon. The 1st cartridge's scent last approx four months and this 2nd cartridge's scent only last approx TWO WEEKS! I think the cartridge must have been used even though the product description only estimates this much time which if that is normal, is way too expensive for $70! I contacted the seller but they are not willing to do anything so will probably go directly to the store to purchase the next cartridge since I spent so much money already on the room diffuser.

I purchased three Westin diffuser systems hoping to recreate the luxurious hotel scent experience in my 3,000 sq ft home. Unfortunately, they’ve been a major letdown. Even with all three units set to the highest intensity, the scent is barely noticeable—guests and family members often can’t tell they’re on at all. What is noticeable, however, is how loud the machines are when running on high. For a product designed to enhance ambiance, the noise is a major drawback. While I genuinely love the Westin scent itself, the performance of these diffusers just doesn’t justify the price. For the cost, I expected much better scent coverage and quieter operation. Sadly, these have been a waste of money for me. I won’t be repurchasing.

Great product. The fragrance is wonderful and lasts a long time which is good because it is a bit pricy. Would need another defuser to make the scent permeate my first floor. But fine for small area.

Absolutely my favorite scent for my condo. I love walking in and my condo smelling like a Marriott property. I've loved White Tea since I smelled it at a Westin Hotel.

I have used this for over 5 years and purchased it from the original vendor and from Amazon. For some reason, when I started using it about 5 years ago, the scent was much stronger, more pleasant and it lasted longer. I'm not quite sure why. The last 2 years or so, the scent has changed. I may cancel my subscription and look for something else.

I have gotten four of these. Each only lasted fewer than 12 days at a lower setting. I was hopeful, as they do smell amazing and you get that Westin lobby feeling. But because of the short length of usability, it is not worth $70. I have found a few inexpensive glade plug ins to be better options when you use their lighter scents such as the fresh linen. Won’t purchase again. Diffuser system is expensive as well. Haven’t tried the cheaper canisters, but noticed those had lackluster reviews as well. HoHum at best.
