This is more than a product review. It’s life impacting.
Why 5 stars? Because it more than met my expectations. I have a Lift Desk, in my 50’s and have a desk job. You get the drift. Initially my review is more about using something like this rather than this actual product so hang in there. After a month of using this there are some surprising outcomes: -initially I actually had trouble walking straight without a hand-grab onto my desk here and there and after a week the most simple thing you might think of (walking a straight line with perfect foot timing) became my norm. —I like this so much I carry it downstairs from my home office to be in front of my TV. This is weird to even say but I can look anywhere around me and maintain a straight line. —I didn’t mention I’m an avid backpacker so I should be able to walk a straight line right? Well, not so much so I’ve seen. So I’m not coming at this from a couch potato position. I also strength train 3-4 days per week, using heavy free weights. —I have a less-than great walking profile where I sometimes drag my foot. This has almost cost me huge injuries hiking in tough terrain: —-since using this (I’m sure it’s true of ALL such devices) my gait and footfall is nearly perfect. —-after backpacking so many years I developed Morton’s Neuroma. I found out the hard way how to properly manage your footwear while hiking. This has reduced that pain a lot. ——-why do I care about this? My father literally died from multiple falls for this same trait of scraping his feet, but when he was over 80, it was deadly. I wanted to correct myself before I got near that age. 80 Is no longer that old-at least IMO. I don’t care to just live long, I want to live as a mobile, active person. So far so good. About the device: —-I found my sweet spot at 3.2 mph and it has been flawless, however… ——I needed to adjust the roll drifting to one side using the included Allen wrench and after a week of use I needed to lubricate the rollers ———seemed much earlier than necessary but the directions on adjusting these things and the included lube and wrench fixed this. I haven’t had to adjust for three weeks and counting. ——-I’m averaging 5 miles a day and a big part of that is while working and using a keyboard and mouse of course. After getting my gait straight this is not an issue at all. In fact, I have a ton of energy throughout the work day and lost weight which wasn’t a desired outcome when I went into this: —-my coworker heard a light, droning sound while we spoke on Microsoft Teams when I had this at 3.2 mph, but it was so little (I didn’t tell her I was using this). I turned it to 2.5 and she could no longer hear. I was using the microphone included in my webcam so I had little background noise reduction. So it’s quiet enough. It’s only been a bit more than a month so five stars is at this moment. I may be using it more than typical. I also enjoy it and often forget I’m using it. I made my Apple Watch finally STFU, as I am exceeding all goals a computer told me I needed to meet. That’s cool. One of our cats is also enamored with this thing and figured out how to use it; all she wanted was to lay under my feet but our “chunky monkey”gets her own workout when I’m not using it. I just slow it down and step away and watch her go.

Is it jank? Yes. Does it give a good workout? Also yes.
I feel like I am really flirting with the angel of death using this thing, because I have several health conditions that make balancing a bit of a challenge. I also get tripped up on the back caps, sometimes I nick the lcd panel area with my foot, and sometimes my stride is too long and I feel the back roller which also startles me but I'm getting more used to that one. I am 5'7 and can make this work for me, my husband is 5'11 and seems to have an easier time than me but he prefers to walk at 2 mph. I think if you were much taller though or have really long strides, you might have issues or you'll need to adjust your gait. I regret not buying the one with the handlebar, my husband felt that we did not need to spend the extra money. In my opinion, it is worth the extra money. I also feel really dizzy after using it because of the equilibrium, I like that they have it slow to a stop to try and get you used to the stopping of the motion, but for me I still feel like the room is moving quite a bit and always have to grab a doorway to make sure I don't fall, because I don't trust that I won't. I would honestly return this and get the handlebar version, but for whatever reason the handlebar version is now unlisted. Oh well. We've added this to our diet regime as it is really hot outside and I am so social phobic, I hate being around people, this gets two birds with one stone. I get a good sweat from it and feel that my heart rate is high after using it (look up heart rates and weight loss), meaning I am getting a proper workout. I do 2.8 for 30 minutes a day at the moment because it has been a long while since I have used a treadmill. I am currently 280 lbs and my husband is around 340, his first try on it it was clearly struggling but since we have started our diet and I'm sure he is lighter now than he was then, it sounds like it is working excellently. I'm really grateful that this pad has such a high weight limit as every other treadmill typically has a limit of 260 lbs which would not even hold me (when you get too fat to even work out, oof.) I also forgot to put it up one night and tripped over it going to retrieve something from our office, all 280 lbs of me came crashing down on it full force, I completely ate it, it was shockingly completely in one piece after and still works the same, so you can add extremely solid and sturdy to the list, just remember to put it up after you use it! Overall, even despite its downfalls, I highly recommend this pad! There is nothing better than being able to exercise well in your own home. The treadmill is my favorite exercise and I'm falling in love with it all over again. This pad is super affordable, transportable, and the high weight limit makes it useable for so many more people compared to many other pads.

Overall a good choice
The pad is relatively compact and easy to use. It can be easily stowed in a closet or under a bed. It isn’t silent but it is not terribly loud. It works well overall. It is important to take breaks so it doesn’t overheat, and be sure to use it on a solid surface.

Fantastic walking Pad ⭐️
I absolutely love this treadmill pad so much that I actually bought two of them. One for my home and one for my rental where I work. That alone should say a lot. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and doesn’t take up a ton of space, which is huge for me. The app is a fun bonus it has different training programs that make it feel less boring and more motivating to use regularly. The vibration plate feature is honestly one of my favorite parts. It’s great for foot massages after a long day, and I also use it when I’m working out with weights for extra activation and recovery. Overall, I love everything about it. Super convenient, well designed, and actually something I use consistently. Definitely worth it.

Perfect treadmill for home office
Perfect piece of cardio equipment for the home! Fits right under my desk and makes it easy to get my steps in when working from home. Runs quietly and the speed is just right for a good walking pace while also working at my computer.

Great walking pad
This walking pad is great for small spaces like an apartment. I’ve been using it for a year now with no issues. The pad is easy to set up and small enough to store in a closet or under the bed. The seller is also very accommodating. I broke my charging cord by accident and they sent a replacement a year after purchasing the product. Overall a great purchase.

Est muy práctica. Yo la utilizo para caminar hacia atrás y me ha funcionado muy bien el final utilizo un poco la opción de vibración y me relaja los músculos de las piernas. Es una buena compra

Not the same with what is posted. It does not incline.
