Works as advertised. Love it!
Keeps coffee at 130 degrees for 14 hours. Love it! This Titan Smrtmugg is the near perfect traveling mugg. It would be the 'Perfect mugg if it would also continue heating coffee while charging (especially in the car). Thank you.

Great product on the heavy side.
This mug is great for keeping your coffee warm. However, it is somewhat bulky and heavy. It holds approximately 16 ounces of your beverage of choice. The charging time is quick after the initial full charge. Please note that it is not dishwasher safe and should be hand washed only. Other than that, it’s a great product.

Heavy, low charge life, long charge time & somewhat tricky to operate.
The mug weighs 1.75 lbs, thus when filled weighs ~2ibs which is very heavy for a coffee mug, so I expected a very long battery life. The product description says its 15Hr which I can imagine is only maybe at the lowest temp setting of 90F, but I set mine to 150F and thus charge runs out at less than 2Hrs. I'm also disappointed that the mug can not be charge when heating. Charge time is at least 3 hours. I also had some difficulty getting the mug to turn on to heat; Several tries needed.

$100 + paperweight
Somehow instructions got misplaced and I cannot find instructions on their web page. A useless $100 + paper weight . I would not buy any of these products again.

Very hard to use
It heats water to 150° only somehow I missed that it takes a very long time to heat it up and the buttons I still after one month of having it cannot figure out how to properly turn it on or off even after reading the instructions Would not recommend it
