While standing, place the device behind the lower back with the curvature of the arc facing outward away from the body. Place the for-arms on the out sides of the device so that the shoulders are being pulled. Keep the chin slightly lifted at 15 degree angle and relax the shoulders. Keeping the back straight, raise the knees in marching position to optimize and stimulate the effect of the held posture. Optional Exercise: Sit on a firm surface and bend the knees placing the device behind the thighs with the curvature of the arc facing outward. Hold the position and roll the back on the surface rocking back and forth. This position may improve circulation and realign the body.
