I expected to not like this and I was nervous to taste it, but I finally did and I I expected to not like this and I was nervous to taste it, but I finally did and I made it 4 ways. 1, in black coffee. 2, in that same coffee plus add heavy whipping cream. Then froth into foam top. 3, in milk. 4, in water. I was surprised in the best way with the taste and full experience of the sampling. No aftertaste. No grainy bits. Great flavor and smooth profile. This is the best powder protein I have tried to date. One more thing, it dissolved and/or mixed up so well. The bottle stands out as extra functioning and different in all the good ways compared to other standard bottles.

I’ve been through so many brands of protein I couldn’t even count them, so when I say this is a great tasting protein I mean it. I use this for both blended smoothies and in a shaker cup; blended is better. I feel like it does a good job of keeping me full till my next meal without too much bloat although if blended too long it will foam up. If you drink the foam you’ll get the protein burps. The powder has a somewhat grainy texture but that’s not noticeable when mixed. It will mix well and not clump if using a shaker cup and water; using milk will cause clumping. I have no issues with bloating or stomach discomfort with this whey protein and it doesn’t block me up either. I feel it digests very well. I feel that this ranks up pretty high on the quality of protein content. Animal is a trusted brand and I’m a fan of several of their other supplements. They also figured out a way to offer this protein for a fair price per lb. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is the fact that I can’t drop a scoop in ice cold milk and smoothly. Otherwise, it’s fantastic.

I had the cold brew latte and I loved it! This is gonna be my next flavor Im telling you buy this brand! I have tried Ryse, Ghost, Iso100, you name it they are all clumpy and chalky. This is nothing like them, it doesnt even take like protein, not too sweet either! Easily dissolves and never smells if you leave it out. This is a game changer, as long as the price doesnt bother you I would HIGHLY recommend it. So smooth and no grain texture at all, cannot say enough good things, so beyond happy with my purchase! I used to get Starbucks and Dunkn everyday, this tastes way better and you get all the benefits. My stomach never hurts and I have not had problems, I have been on this for a week now and have no downsides besides making a bigger size like the other flavors!

The flavor tasted really good. I liked the Cold Brew Latte flavor and look forward to trying out other flavors. I appreciated the amount of protein provided in the mix - however I would like it better if it was 30g of protein. I would have liked a smaller caffeine content also. Based on this sample, Animal Whey seems like a reliable option for anyone serious about training and muscle recovery. I’d definitely consider purchasing a full-size container.
