Nice addition in my Smart Home
Works great with great instructions and solid app. Build quality is a on par with other comparable switches in the Market for Home Assistant and HomeKit. Integrated well with my Smart Home. I do miss the tactile feel of normal switches.

Good value for a quality product
I replaced an older set of smart dimmers with this. The other ones were somewhat unreliable at times. Installation was pretty easy if you've done this sort of thing before. It was a little hard to get all the wires in the box since I had a large GFCI and another smart switch in that box, but it all fit. Setup took a few times to work, but once it was setup, I've not had any issues. It's great to be able to dim from two locations with separate buttons on the switch instead of holding it down like many other switches require. Overall this is a good product at a reasonable price.

Simple install and integration
Works as advertised. I use this and the other dimmer switches by TAPO with my Home assistant platform. Although I could not successfully register them with the matter instance I did end up using the TAPO app and then my TPLINK instance found them. The single dimmers are about a third of the price of this 3 way.

Easy and compatible
Easy install and works well with both Matter and direct with Alexa via the TPlink app.

Works great once wired up correctly.
Finally, a matter compatible 3-way dimmer! Installing this was relatively easy. My situation had line and load in the same box, which is covered in the instructions. One thing to note is if you have this setup, the travelers must be attached to the same terminals on both switches (top to top, bottom to bottom). I initially had them switched and the dimmer was blinking at me indicating a wiring issues. This requirement isn't detailed very well in the instructions. Matter controls are limited to on/off/dimmer. Using the Tapo app you can setup things like if the led is on at nights, on/off transitions, and other items. Once set in the Tapo app, these will be reflected in the matter operation. Getting everything setup via Tapo and Matter were very easy.

Be careful about used products as a new
This is a good product, I have several Tapo products in my house but this time, I received a used one with two different switch in it, I return it and bought another one

Works great, but more difficult to install than a regular switch
Three way switches are a little confusing to install unless you know what you're doing, and it took me a while to figure it out. I have 8 regular smart switches that I installed myself, but this one had me flummoxed for a few minutes. With 3 way switches, one of them has the hot wire and the other one has the load wire. I didn't realize that at first. I took down the existing switch, and as I looked at the wires, nothing matched up. After a while I realized that the TP Link switch I was holding was the switch with the hot connection, but the one I took down was the one with the load connection. When I took down the other switch, everything started to make sense. But if you're uncomfortable working with electricity, you might want to hire an electrician, or ask a crazy uncle to wire these up for you.Anyway, the switches work great, just like my other TP Link switches. And since this was a Matter switch, it was really easy to get it working with my Echo devices. AND... I can just say "Alexa, set living room light to "X" percent, and I can adjust the light without having to get out of my chair!
