Great little machine doesn't take up much room. Works well for cardio, legs and waiste

It is a twister, however the underside leaves a lot to be desired because the chain holder partition is too flimsy and will end up sawed through just like a hand bag strap with that hook-in clip. Should last much longer than that. Try it yourself and see how long it lasts - using at least five days a week. I wouldn't buy this one just yet though until the price goes down a lot more and the shipping price gets real.

Despite the reviews I got this product and I am very happy with it. What is not clear is that it is only an all over body workout it you follow the routines available on you-tube, then it becomes less of just a stepper and more of an all over body conditioning exercise. You can strengthen the impact of working your obliques by changing your hand position and do your arms, back and chest by either pulling or pushing against the handle bar as you continue to burn fat from the cardio work your legs still do. It's fun at the time and afterwards I would feel my arms and sides ache from use so, use it right and it's a great little gadget for the price.

The cardio twister is a great way to lose weight as I have lost a few pounds in 2 weeks only use it for 15 minutes
