I purchased these purely for POV instagram reels with them connected to my osmo action 6. The sound quality is a massive improvement over the standard in cam mic and when compared to my friends mic 2 there is no difference in sound quality. This will be mainly due to instagrams sound compression. At £40 the value is honestly unbeatable if you don’t absolutely need pure wireless transmission. But I don’t mind connecting the receiver to the cam. However the only thing to be aware of is that these are not weather sealed or water resistant at all. Over all, easy to connect, easy to used easy to mount.

I bought the 1 TX + 1 RX kit because I mostly film solo vlogs and didn't need a bulky setup. This thing is tiny—I honestly forget I'm wearing it. The audio quality is a massive step up from any built-in phone or camera mic, sounding much richer and more professional. Pros: Size: It’s roughly the size of a postage stamp and incredibly light (doesn't sag my shirt). Battery: Lasts nearly 12 hours on a single charge, which is insane for something this small. Ease of Use: Truly plug-and-play. I plugged the receiver into my phone, and it was ready instantly. Highly recommend for TikTok/Reels creators who want better audio without the "pro" price tag.

Excellent quality mic, easy to pair with the TX and it pairs with my DJI Action 4 without the separate TX. Clips onto my motorbike helmet chin curtain with the little magnet. It remembers the pairing so you can turn the Action 4 off and back on again and it'll reconnect almost instantly. Battery life is great, just wish you could charge without the dock but I guess that design is to reduce the size by eliminating a USB-C port. Sound quality seems excellent for its size. For the price of about £50 you can't go wrong. Even has a nice little bag to keep it all together. Tested the TX with my Fuji X-T4 and it works great with that. The TX clips on the hot shoe and cable goes into the 3.5mm jack. Auto level works well too. Although I found there is sometimes still some clipping when used in motorbike helmet even at the max of - 12dB.

This DJI Mic Mini is a brilliant bit of kit for it's size. I am using it with a GoPro, and it makes a big difference to the sound quality. I did however need to purchase a media mod for the GoPro, as that's the only way to connect it properly. The mic also comes with a mini USB-C adapter for mobile phones, though it would have also been nice if the manufacturer also provided the lightning adapter too, as you have to purchase it separately.

Extremely disappointed with this mic. Doesn’t work at all with my iPhone and never has. I’ve spent hours trying to get it to work, I sent it back to DJI and they sent it back to me saying it worked. They’ve said it doesn’t work with iPhones and I need to use the Protake app. It doesn’t work with that either. They now say I need to adjust the output in the Protake app but in order to do that you have to subscribe which is a monthly cost. It shouldn’t be this complicated to use a microphone. I just wanted a refund as I since bought a DJI osmo pocket. I’ve never known such a farce. If you have an iPhone do not buy this mic, it’s a complete waste of time and DJI will have you running round in circles trying to get it to work.

Great little mic works seamlessly with my A7IV and my MacBook. Perfect size, super discreet with easy connectivity. Only regret is not buying the 2 pack with charging case now I love it so much!

I was looking for a wireless mic mini series as my brother will use my DJI Mic 1 for his interior designing project. The Mic Mini may be small in size and lacks some features, such as internal recording, but due to its compact size and light weight, I can clip it close to my shirt collar. The voice is crisp and clear, and the distortion is significantly less than that of the DJI 1 mic, which was also good but somewhat bulky in size. The DJI Mimo app is quite effective for updating both the receiver and the transmitter. DJI is one company that invests in R&D and is innovative in nature. For content creators, it is a good value for money. If you are not using a lapel mic and internal recording, the Mic Mini is the best buy for beginners and intermediate content creators.

Avevo bisogno di un microfono affidabile per registrare video e interviste, e questo DJI Mic Mini è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa. La qualità audio è davvero ottima: voce chiara, calda e priva di rumori di fondo anche all’aperto. L’accoppiamento tra trasmettitore e ricevitore è immediato, basta accenderli e sono subito pronti all’uso. Le dimensioni ridotte lo rendono perfetto da portare ovunque, e il clip magnetico è comodissimo per fissarlo senza rovinare i vestiti. Funziona benissimo sia con smartphone che fotocamere, e il fatto che DJI mantenga la stessa qualità dei modelli più grandi ma in formato “mini” è davvero notevole. In sintesi: audio professionale, zero complicazioni, massima portabilità. Consigliatissimo a chi crea contenuti, vlog, interviste o vuole semplicemente migliorare il suono dei propri video!

This by far is the best mini mic I’ve come across. It delivers clean and consistent sound, it doesn’t allot this Ps to come through like the cheaper mics. DGI is a trusted brand with drones from my experience and didn’t even know they made mics. I use this for vlogs, UGC videos.

Me encantaron, muy pequeños y súper ligeros, te dan una calidad muy buena, los provee solo con micrófono con mi action 5pro y mejora mucha el audio, pero si le agregas su receptor el audio mejora aún más, lo recomiendo mucho para este tipo de cámaras, le cuelgo directo de la dji o en las zapatas de mi tripié y lampara
