Got this for my husband. It was really cute and sweet. I filled it out before the Valentine’s Day. This is a special gift. It signifies more than a box of chocolate or flowers.

I didn't use the proper formatting given, which made this more special. Husband loved it - given for our first anniversary :)

Gave this to my boyfriend for his birthday. He is all about words of affirmation so this was perfect! It lets you be super sentimental or super silly. Some of the questions seem a little redundant which is why I only rated it 4 stars.
