Face Halo Original Makeup Remover, Eco-Friendly, Reuseable, Vegan Friendly, White, Set of 3 (Pack of 1)

This is my 4th packet of face halos. I use them until they start to get old and the colour isn't as bright anymore (usually about a year of use) as they can start to get a bit scratchy eventually. I have no idea how they work, they appear to be a flannel-like material but all I can say is - they are magical. I've tried the cheaper versions (primary, superdrug etc) and they do not even come close.I put a bit of micellar water (normal H2O works too) on one of these bad boys, and my makeup just glides off. It doesn't matter if it's waterproof mascara or eyelash glue, it just comes right off. Other cheaper versions either don't take it all off, or just smudge the makeup over your face so you look like a dirty panda. The face halo wipes actually pick up the makeup off your skin so you are all shiny and clean afterwards!I usually wait until these are discounted to buy them but even at full price they are worth every penny.The texture is soft and gets let's soft over time (again, after about a year I'd look to replace them) but it probably also depends on how you wash them. I use non bio powder and fabric softener for sensitive skin, if you dry them in the dryer they are softer than if left to air dry - much like your towels.I HIGHLY recommend these. Once you use them, nothing else will do.

Such a game changer. Never believed in the whole ‘remove with just water’ thing but wanted to try it so finally went for it. It actually works! So easy and soft on the skin, it makes me wash my face so much more often. They do stain quite easily if you don’t wash right away - I try to wash by hand with a little bit of natural soap or shampoo after using and it generally comes up as new. Bought them because you could machine wash but actually found you really don’t need to. Good quality material - I can see how some with sensitive skin may have issues as the way the material is designed to remove make up with only water means it is not quite as soft as your average towel but really not by much so great for most people I’d say. Bought as a gift but so great I bought a second set for myself. They are expensive and I’d recommend really trying to get them while on offer but to be honest still worth the £17/18 as they will save SO much money on disposable wipes. Ideal for travelling too and keeping in your purse for on the go. Overall would definitely recommend to all I know!

Good price, they are effective at removing make up but I find they do leave my skin dry so you need to mosturise after. Easy to clean with soap and water

I bought this to see if I could skip using my cleanser and i wanted to deep clean my pores as I’m prone to breakouts.. this totally fit the bill. It isn’t as easy to use as videos show of course!Does it remove waterproof and resistant makeup with just water? Yes!Just hold it damp over any spot-for me it’s my eyes, for about 30 secs each side and gently wipe off.Might have to repeat once or twice.For someone who doesn’t wear thick makeup like me(only wearing natural mineral makeup done in 5 mins), it still took both sides of one pad twice. Meaning I’ve washed it twice as well.I love that it’s white and you can tell if you’ve got any residue left.I’m not sure it takes less time than my tropic cream cleanser... I got this mainly to cut down time in removing makeup when I’m tired and lazy after a dance event...I would use and monitor for improved skin while skipping my cleanser(still using toner and moisturizer after)...Just bear in mind that it does take a while to wash the makeup off your pads each time. I should time myself lol!All in all I would recommend as it does remove makeup without cleanser as advertised, took a star off for how long it took me to remove the makeup from the pad(maybe a plus as it means it does lock it in and it doesn’t go back onto your face?), and for the fact that it means less product going into the environment.

Great for all ages and skin types. Removes with just water so good for environment. Great for daughter and nice who are too young for lots of skin products at moment. Soft and fluffy feel but work really well

These are great for removing make-up and leaving your face really clean. They can be washed in the washing machine and re-used which makes them good for the environment as well

Simple to use, takes make up away easily. Washes well and no need to use face wipes anymore.

I really wanted to do away with facial wipes for environmental reasons but finding a product that will deal with waterproof eye make up is difficult. Even wipes don't deal with that, requiring separate eye make up remover. I watched the demos and read the reviews for this product and decided to give them a try.They are amazing. I wear light foundation make up but waterproof eye make up, these microfibre solutions do it all with ease and all you need is water. They take of the make up easily, clearly water doesn't irritate your skin, leaving it fresh and ready for a bit of moisturiser. I am so pleased that it deals with eye make up in the same way, a few more swipes needed per eye but it gets every last scrap off, leaving your eyes and lashes completely fresh.I then wash the cloth with some liquid hand soap, air dry in my bathroom for the next day, I use it 3 times before I wash it in the washer and it also goes in the tumble dryer coming out looking brand new. All traces of eye make up are gone, there is no staining after a wash and tumble dry. I am so pleased with this product.
