We made an outstanding bolognese for a holiday dinner party of 18 guests and dozens of scrumptious “smash burgers” for another neighborhood feast. This beef is so delicious and guilt-free, thanks to Richards Regenerative’s healthy cattle, rich soils, and responsible production practices. I feel like I can taste the difference—the quality is superb. I am so proud to serve this meat after getting to know more about the family-owned ranch that produces it. One pack of meat came already open and micro tears on some packs. Besides that meat is good and fresh!
