Amazing curry full flavour that I love to use if I’m in a hurry just sauté your onions add the tomato’s and chicken and put the powder in from the box and water and any other vegs you want stir in and slow cook it doesn’t have to be stow cooked I just find this a good option if in a hurry and I can just put in all in and leave it to do it’s self and when you return back you have an amazing tasty curry

This mix, when made up tasted like spicy (hot) tomato sauce, it is awful in my honest opinion. I would not buy again. The spice mixes from East at Home are far superior but I suppose you only get what you pay for.

These Shan boxes make delightful curries with a great depth of flavour and quite a heat without adding chillies. The contain all the herbs and spices (except additional chillies you might want to add) to make lovely curries. There is quite a lot of prep to do to make them, but it is well worth it. We make a large amount using all the packet and freeze what we don't eat for a quick and easy meal some time. Highly recommended.

I make and buy Curries all the time as they are my favourite food but this Butter Chicken was the hottest Butter Chicken I have tasted. The Butter Chickens I have normaly is medium hot. Butter chicken isnt meant to be extremely hot but this one was inedible for me. If you like Vindaloo Curries this will be for you but its far too hot for me.

Do not buy this mix. It is extremely deceiving. Tastes sour. Nothing like butter chicken

Ive tried making butter chicken from scratch many times and i decided to give up when ive tried this simple Shan butter chicken masala, its very simple to do, and it gives a lot!! I had purchased 2 boxes to make dinner (we are a family of 5) and 1 box was more then enough!! For the price you cant go wrong, and taste good,.. a little spicy for the kids tho.. but we like a little kick to are food. I will purchase again this product.

Easy tasty butter chicken recipe pack a bit spicy for the children so used half the flavour pack
