My Staple Protein Powder
Milk & cookies is such a staple protein powder for me! I have tried nearly every flavor of RAW's protein powder and this one is top 3 for sure! Works great in yogurt bowls, cream of rice, protein shakes, and oatmeal:) Can't beat the flavor profile for the quality ingredient list here!

Delicious and Easy to Digest
A must try! The flavors are delicious— especially Milk and Cookies, which is personally my favorite. I get to enjoy a sweet treat every day with my Ninja Creami thanks to RAW Nutrition. It is a smooth mixture with great macros which help satiate you and help you hit your protein goals! I’m a 22 year old diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and this is the ~only~ protein powder that doesn’t cause stomach issues for me. 10/10 Recommend.

Solid protein mix. 25 grams of protein is perfect for a post workout shake, add two scoops for a meal, or add the mix to pancakes or waffles or even muffins to supplement your breakfast.

This was my first time trying RAW protein powder. I definitely like it better than other protein powders. It mixes well with both water and milk.

One of the best-tasting protein powders I’ve tried—Milk & Cookies actually tastes like the real thing without being overly sweet or artificial. Mixes easily with water or milk, no clumps, and super easy on the stomach. I use it post-workout and sometimes as a quick snack—it hits the macros and satisfies the sweet tooth. Solid protein, great flavor, and zero bloat. Highly recommend.

Good brand but mislabeled online
Super disappointed. Love this protein brand and it’s super clean and does well with someone with a sensitive stomach and digestive issues. However, the milk and cookies flavor has gluten in it if it matters to anyone. Online it says nothing about gluten as I have a gluten allergy and read anywhere I could. My fiancé said the flavor is good though.
