Great balls for the machine
We use the white and the yellow balls through our machine. The yellow balls are much closer to an actual baseball coming off the bat a lot harder. I can't really tell that much of a difference in speed between them and the white balls but the pitch trajectory is slightly different.

Same China made ball as Proline baseballs
Same as Proline baseballs. I use them with my varsity player in a Hack Attack pitching machine for hitting high velocity. Very consistent flight for 90-92mph velo and will not damage your bat or your hands like real baseballs at that speed.

Balls. Big balls. Big white balls.
Good. Lighter than real balls. I guess that's the point though.

Highly recommended alternative to real balls or lite flights
Great product. I coach a travel 9U team and had a Heater pitching machine that we use in our yard. I’ve tried these, the yellow harder version, and jugs lite flight balls. The best by far are the white Heater brand balls.1 - great flight consistency from machine2- great feedback off of the bat for hitters3- safer than the harder yellow balls, but not squishy like the Jugs version.4 - my kids can’t hit until dark and the sound isn’t so ridiculous that our neighbors have to be subjected to it.5- easy to use pre-game with a bow net and soft toss.6 - they fly well for popup practice when using the pitching machine. Enough weight to catch but not going to cause injury for younger kids learning to catch pop ups.I researched a ton, and tried numerous types, but these have been the most functional for my team and family.

Speed is as advertised!!
I bought Heater Sport Power Alley 60 MPH Lite Baseballs to go with my son's heater pitching machine. He currently plays 9u travel ball and these balls will definitely get up 60 mph on the highest setting. As far as durability goes so far they seem like they will hold up for a long time (he hits pretty hard).
