does nothing. tried a few cars and plugs. wont turn on , no lights. had no instructions or box even.junk.

I just received this product and have to say from my initial experience that it is working perfectly. It has all the features that are needed. These include:1) Extremely quick and easy pairing with phone.2) Extremely quick and easy connection with car radio (it uses the car radio to transmit calls and music through the car's audio system).3) Crystal clear voice transmission and reception for phone calls, and superb sound for music.4) A firm but easily adjustable neck that allows you to use the product effectively regardless of the position or orientation of your car's lighter socket.5) The position of the microphone on top of the screen which makes it possible or the microphone to clearly pick up your voice as you are speaking on the phone. Other models have the microphone at the bottom of the screen, which can result in a muffled sound especially if the car lighter socket is at a lower level of the console.6) The screen is large and clear and a pleasure to use.7) The screen even shows your car battery voltage as a useful bonus!I also want to mention that I encountered some problems with a different VictSing Bluetooth Transmitter, and requested VictSing Customer Support for help. VictSing's Customer Service was incredible. They were prompt and caring and responded with meanigful and helpful suggestions and worked with me until the problems were resolved.

I had a friend purchase this for me since I didn't have Prime. My son and I took the device to my car that doesn't have Bluetooth or an Aux port. My son's Samsung phone connected quickly to this device and he had his music playing within minutes. When I tried to connect my phone (windows phone), for some reason it took a little while to find, identify, and connect using Bluetooth. However, once it connected everything worked well, including using the "hands free" to talk on the phone. While I've only used it for a day or two, I am very happy with how easy it is to setup. I should mention that I do have the unit turned all the way up and I have to turn the volume up on my phone to keep from having to turn the stereo way up in the car. It creates a good, clear signal, but you may have to make adjustments with the volume settings. Also, the only problem that I do have is when selecting a radio frequency (or station) to use, my car will not allow me to pick any station. It will only select frequencies that have some signal. So, I did have to find a station that doesn't work that well to make sure I didn't have any interference. Finally, I will say the unit is small, but the screen is nice and easy to read. I like having the flexible elbow so that I can move the screen to make it easily visible while driving. Now the biggest question is how well will it hold up? Only time will tell. For $20 plus, I think it is a worthy investment and I may get another one to put in my truck too.

Received as a gift. Installed it in my car this week. The unit works basically as described, with a few minor issues.1) I first tried tuning the FM transmitter to 87.9, at the bottom of the FM dial. It worked, but it wiped out stations all the way up to 92.1. I verified this by tuning in stations I knew was there, not hearing it, then unplugging the unit and listening to the stations pop up just fine. This didn't happen with the transmitter tuned to 107.9 at the very top of the dial. A station at 107.7 remained clear and strong. So, I'm leaving it at the high end of the FM dial.2) The mechanical fit seems a little sloppy. It likes to wobble a bit in the cig lighter socket, and the head doesn't stay firmly in place.3) The "spectrum analyzer" display is actually just a pointless animated graphic with no relationship to the real world. It runs when the unit is playing sound. There's no way to turn it off. If it was higher in my field of vision in the car, this would actually be a deal breaker because the continuing motion would be distracting. It may yet be enough for me to stop using it; we'll see in a week or two. The display space could have been better used, or the display could be smaller with no impact on functionality.

This is an excellent Bluetooth device for listening to anything programmed or live on your smart phone. It is so easy to connect to the phone via Bluetooth. The SD and USB ports for playing music are excellent options found on this unit. They made it even better by including two USB charging ports. The sound quality is excellent and it is fully featured with a large 1.8 inch screen, on/off function and many other display features. Overall, this FM transmitter from VicTsing is a winner. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

Hat’s off to Victsing customer service. I returned the newer model mentioned by Amazon. I could barely get to just adequate volume with phone, radio, and transmitter at max, but there was also a lot of background hiss at these levels, so I returned it and considered other technologies. A couple weeks later Customer Service asked for more details and then offered this model. My low expectations were blown away. I can blast the volume, really too high for the sound system, which is not wimpy. With the transmitter and phone maxed out, I can have the radio volume in the mid-range, low enough that the hiss is barely noticeable except for during total silences. I don’t think I hear distortion from having the volume maxed on the device. I have not tried a call yet, but I’m delighted to have my own tunes.
