My skin is gradually getting used to this product, but it definitely tingles when you first apply it, and my skin seems to get a bit pink at first, too. That sensation fades fairly quickly, though, and skin is left feeling soft and smooth. I received this as a gift from my son, which was perfect as I needed. This collagen spicule serum works exactly as described and I can see the result on my skin in a week. I can see and feel the restoration in my face. Very impressed.

This is a lightweight serum with little pointy bits in it. I highly recommend you patch test this first, especially if you've got even remotely sensitive skin. I tested this inside my elbow and it really irritated my skin. I decided it was going to be too much if I put it on my face. It warns that it can be intense but this just seems to harsh. It's supposed to stimulate collagen with the sharp bits, but at least for me, it just hurt my skin.
