Impression kit was easy to do. Still, it came with enough sizes and supply for plenty of chances to get it right! Took my impressions, sent the pictures, and got a shipping label the same day!Any questions I had through the process and after were answered very quickly through chat. They even double-checked with me to make sure they understood the request I wrote on the card.The guards/retainers I received are professional grade. They're softer, much less brittle than any I've had from the dentist, yet just as durable! And best yet, so comfortable in my mouth that i can easily forget it's there.Both units came in a sealed, easy-tear pouch. Also included the same case provided with Invisaline.If you're a light grinder, get the thinnest ones. If you're a medium to heavy grinder, then get medium thickness (pictured.) If your teeth need to be protected structually, I would get the higher thickness.If you're in the market for retainers or night guards, then do yourself a favor and buy these. They're great and cost very little!

Terrible moulding process.I have used another brand with a two part molding putty that worked easily and properly, but they disappeared from Amazon.Tried this system and moulding compound was a powder with poorly written instructions to mix with water which created a pancake batter like molding compound. After 5 unpleasant attempts with the support of the vendor we gave up and decided to use a poorly made mold.Then the communication with the vendor stopped. I made 3 attempts to no avail.Ultimately worked w Amazon and was issued a refund.

I was going to go with ClearRetain for $140 but decided to search for retainers on Amazon and came across Smileins. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try, and I am glad that I did. They first send you an impression kit with plenty of mold material (powder and you mix with cold water), and taking impressions is pretty easy. They also send you a free USPS Advantage label to deliver your impressions. Customer service is very responsive on WhatsApp.The retainers arrive in about two to three weeks. They come with a case (pictured) and the retainers themselves are very high quality. The topographical layers are almost unnoticeable and is very smooth overall. They are semi-scalloped and fit pretty well. Honestly, I don't think it can get better than this, and especially at under $100, this is a very good deal. I would recommend anyone looking for retainers to give them a try.

While traveling I lost my retainer and I quickly wanted to get a new retainer. Not wanting to spend 500 dollars I came across this listing on Amazon.Great product, and great customer service! Not only do they get back to you VERY quick (I had them email back every time within minutes) but they have you send pictures of the molds before they even give you the return address (prepaid) so they can check them. They had me redo them before I mailed them in so I could get the best retainer.I’ve had the retainer for about 2 weeks now and I am really happy. It was a good fit, and the more I use it, it becomes better and better. It is keeping my teeth straight and aligned as well.Would recommend this product if you’re in a pinch, and not wanting to spend 500 dollars for a new retainer.

Item is trash & NO RETURNS. Impossible to make impressions out of soupy goo concoction which YOU have to mix yourself from powder. It leaks plastic bits into your mouth which you will swallow & will cause vomiting. There are better products. I thought I’d try this brand this time for mouth guard & I regret it.

A few years ago I had invisible retainers fitted and they were already damaged. I found this option on Amazon and thought it was great since it's much cheaper than having the retainer made directly at the dentist. The process is quick and easy. They send all the materials you need to take the test and then send it to them. Bring enough material to take the plates, and then they'll return the samples to you. I did the whole process as per the instructions, it is very easy to do. I already received my good quality retainers, identical to the ones I had and much cheaper than the ones I had made again at the dentist.
