Shopped around awhile, this set seemed the best for my needs and the value was also the best i saw online or on Amazon. Came quick and had a few really big chunks (palm size) and a bunch of other smaller chunks the size of a small rock, pictures are accurate. I gave these to coworkers as a joke xmas gift. I did not use this product for the purpose of burning or in its intended use.

I burn wood for heat source and growing up we used coal and I remember being much warmer then so I’ve researched to make sure I get the correct coal and can’t wait for it to get here! It will definitely help my firewood last longer and have hotter fire which means warmer house! Will edit once it arrives!

Looks great around my landscaping in my backyard. Makes the flowers pop. I heard coal was better for the flower beds than mulch with fires and all but did not think about how it would look and I am glad for the switch!

Once shipped, it arrived quickly. 1lb bag of coal with minimal splintering. Nice big nuggets and most of them were shiny black. Thinking I might buy another bag come Xmas to give to friends, maybe even 10lbs next time!
