Baffling instructions, misleading photos, but overall good quality
So I pride myself on being pretty good at assembling furniture. I breeze through simple and complex instructions alike, I wrangle builds meant for two people and an hour by myself in 20 minutes, and I never tighten everything all the way down until I'm sure I've got it right. I enjoy it and always look forward to a new piece to put together. This thing almost defeated me. Pieces were unlabeled. Some pieces had the wrong label (I got two 4s, as expected, but only one was labeled, and the other 4 sticker ended up on the 6 which didn't have a 6 sticker... Still with me?). Two pieces that went together had a third hole drilled, and there was indeed a screw for it, when the instructions only showed two holes. The first two steps, I figured out, were an either/or situation, not the first this now that they seemed to be labeled as. There was an entire bag of screws, with the wrong label, that didn't actually go to anything. There was a wrench when nothing actually used a wrench. Several steps were out of order if you wanted to be able to actually see what you were doing. Every piece has a very specific direction it's supposed to go on, and none of it was indicated in the single sheet of pictures-only instructions. Several pieces appeared that weren't on the parts list when their counterparts were. Very exciting. It took me just over two hours, in which time I nearly finished and then had to undo and check and double check everything and rebuilt the whole darned thing three times, each time making it one step further before having to go back almost to the beginning. I didn't get frustrated, because it was like a fun puzzle to me, but also it's Friday night and I have nothing better to do. YMMV. Once the thing is finally put together, it seems to be quite well made. It isn't quite what the listing here shows - the laundry bags are thick canvas with assemble-them-yourself flat bottoms, which is expected, but then so are the drawers, with the "wooden" fronts just being a printed image. They blend very well with the actual wood top, and you can't really tell the difference at a distance unless you know what to look for, but it seems like a weird cost cutting measure to not just use more of the same material and have actual wood drawers. If a luxury look is important to you, the drawers admittedly spoil it a bit. However, they are sturdy and well made for what they are, so I'm fine with it. If guests are staring hard at your laundry furniture you have an oddly laid out house. The wheels work great, it rolls easily even on my uneven carpet, and two of the four wheels (I put them at the front) have locks to prevent your unit from rolling away. The bags are held to the sliding metal parts by Velcro, presumably so you can take them out of the unit to carry around, but the metal piece they attach to also slides all the way out and back in again with ease (easier than pulling the drawers all the way out or in, actually) so I'm not sure which bit you're meant to carry with you. I just walk between my living room and laundry closet with armfuls of clothes, generally, because I'm doing it wrong I suppose, so perhaps I'll figure out which part I prefer to detach if the mobility of the various parts actually inspires me to take the whole load in one go. The bags look bigger than I thought they would from the pictures on the listing, but I haven't actually filled them with clothes (yet, there's a load in the dryer I put in before chucking my old broken hampers in favor of this unit), so I can't say for sure how much will fit. It looks to be about the same as the smaller of my previous hampers, though, which is a little over one comfortable load in my full size top loading machine (per bag, so three-ish loads total for the whole unit). This is a relief as I was worried the bags would be individually tiny, with there being three instead of the two hampers I had been using (one for clean, one for dirty, because I am a heathen who both doesn't sort my clothes AND leaves a hamper of one or more clean loads for whenever I feel like folding laundry, the objectively worst chore. This'll be one dirty and two clean, I suspect). Amazon wants me to talk about how easy (or not) it is to clean this, which is a bit difficult as I just got it and the only thing I've needed to clean off it so far are the millions of bits of broken styrofoam the delivery van rewarded my cats with, because banging up a package is the best way to give people's pets lethal toys/snacks. However, experience with the materials tells me that liquids will wipe off it easily and anything that gets dried on or rubbed in will be a nightmare to get off the canvas material. As far as the photos go we have the completed unit, close-ups of the drawers and bags, the pile of things left over after I finally finished building this goofy project, with individual photos of the things I didn't use at all (the big wheel shaped things are stationary feet for if you don't want wheels, which is that either/or step that threw me at first) and finally a photo of the instructions so you can decide for yourself if you want to attempt this beast. I felt it was worth the frustration but you might want to get a skilled builder-of-flat-pack-furniture who doesn't get frustrated easily to help you out if my troubles and a clear view of the instructions frighten you. I got this on a steep Black Friday sale; I think it's a much better deal that way, obviously, but although there might be fancier versions of this all over Amazon, I'd say this is still worth the money even at full price as long as you don't mind the headache of building it and the fake wood drawers. It was an evening's entertainment, anyway, and hopefully I'll get a lot of use of it!

Looks nice
Holds lots of laundry and easy to put together. Has a nice look and it wasn’t expensive.

Surprisingly sturdy
I was concerned about getting something flimsy, but this is actually quite sturdy. The drawers are fabric covered cardboard or MDF reminiscent of inexpensive dresser sets from the 70's, but they work fine as well. The metal frame is great and the laundry baskets seem well-made.

Poor Design and Missing Parts
★☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed with this laundry basket holder. The drawers don’t fit into the slots properly, which makes it completely unusable. To make matters worse, the package was missing one of the shelves, even though it’s supposed to come with three. The assembly instructions weren’t helpful, and even after trying multiple ways to align the pieces, it was clear that this is a manufacturing defect. On top of that, returning it is a huge hassle because it’s already assembled, and I no longer have the box. I expected better quality and service from this purchase. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable product!

Mediocre quality for the price
Drawers are weak, did not fit well, and made out of paper- already torn during assembly:(

Looks as expected.
Looks great! Easy to put together. Size was correct with the pictures, the drawers were a box like material like the baskets, I thought they would be wood, but I didn't read the description. My top right drawer was bent on the steel rack, makes the drawers very tight/hard to open. Still deciding if i will put anything in that drawer. Left drawer is tight to open, but easier than the right. Overall 4/5. I'm excited to wheel this to my laundry room instead of using laundry baskets.
