Terrible Customer Service for a terrible product
I am surprised about all the reviews!! As I thought sound quaility is the worst thing about this product. And I am disappointed that they don’t feel secure in my ears. Hoops are not flexible to adjust and the sound are not as loud as I would like it to be.Now we are in June. I hurt my back, so couldn’t use it. Even though I purchased the item 6 months ago, I barely had a chance to use it. Now that I am better I wanted to use but can’t as it doesn’t charge. As it has 24 months warranty, contacted the seller who couldn’t find my order. I sent them a photo of my order screen from Amazon to confirm my order. I am afraid they seized to communicate. Do not buy. As you can see I had order another headphones and they are cheaper and much better.

It's really good items!
The media could not be loaded. These Bluetooth Headphones fit well, and feel good.It comes with three sizes of ear pieces, so when I put in the smallest option, the headphones fit in to my ears easy and comfortably. It's really good item !

These earphones are absolutely immaculate, with perfect sound quality. I would highly recommend anyone who is willing to spend a lot money on earphones to buy these pair, they will come to realise that for the money they are paying for it, will be an absolute bargain.

Easy to link via bluetooth
Was looking for headphones to link to my iPhone 7 and these have worked well. Has volume control on headset which I find very useful.

Good sound
These headphones are great but they are bigger than I thought and quite hard to fit in your ears, once in they they are comfortable and stay in so good for exercise, the sound is good quality too

Unreliable
These were initially great but after about 4 months I had to keep recharging after only a couple of uses and when I needed to use them today they were completely dead. Very disappointed as I’ve only had them less than 5 months and there is no facility for me to return them. Would not buy again 😡

Doesn’t work very well
Cuts out pretty regularly so have to use a wired headphone now - waste of money !Got my phone in a case on my arm so right next to the headphones and still cuts out slot when running - poor
