Works well for me. I normally wake up 3 to 4 times a night with Gummies I sloop through.

No results. At least taste nice

Definitely not as happy with these as I was with my last purchase of them.. my last ones had a really pleasant taste but these ones I would actually describe as ‘revolting’ .. they don’t smell that good either.. they seem to have a carbon-monoxidey type of taste , or what I’d imagine that would taste like. It’s an unusual taste, difficult to describe to be honest. But whereas the last ones I quite enjoyed eating and would suck them so they lasted..these I chew quickly, whilst holding my breath, just to get rid of them real quick. They’re in date til October.. so that’s not a reason.. but it’s made me wary of repurchasing in the future. The sad part to that is that they actually work really well..

They work so well my daughter who is being assessed for ADHD ATM shes 17 and struggled with sleep so much! She took them not thinking much being skeptical but fell asleep sat on the kitchen floor 🤣 they work and help regulate a healthy sleep pattern
