Nice flavor as is! Super spendy.
Of course, I like lime juice in water, so maybe I'm biased. I mixed this is a 12 ounce mug of cool tap water, where it didn't seem to have mixed entirely - I can still see white crystals in it. The flavor is a hint of citrus, as advertised, and pleasant enough without adding anything else. No weird aftertaste, and I'm enjoying sipping on it. The drawback? The price is, respectfully, bonkers. Currently $6.99 for one stick when other hydration products exist - and let's be fair, the water you're mixing it with is as much the factor as the stuff within the stick.

Great product.
Really great product! Did not have altitude issues while taking it. Mild lemon flavor was pleasant in water.

No added benefits beyond drinking LOTS of water
I've tried this product and noticed no additional benefits over staying extremely hydrated. This can be accomplished merely by drinking LOTS of water. If you don't normally drink lots of water and/or don't like the taste of water you can try powdered drink flavor packets to help the taste and entice you to drink more. This is a much more cost effective option. Over the counter motion sickness pills would also likely provide the same if not better results for a lower price tag. Having said that , though, if you've tried what seems like everything else it may be worth trying this. I've learned over time that what works for one may not work for the next person and vice versa.

Good to travel with if you think you may need it
I got this to take with me to San Diego for hiking in the nearby mountains. It is a little on the pricey side. However, it is a small packet so it travels easily. I can't say for sure whether it helped any more than water but it couldn't hurt, I don't think. I am not sure I would get it again but fun to try it anyway.

Just like any other electrolyte mix
The hydration supplement mixes well in water and dissolves easily. I’ve tried a lot of different electrolytes and hydration mixes, and this is very similar but super pricey.

Good and helpful but very overpriced
Living in the mountains and close to some very high peaks, some friends have some issues when coming to visit. Some have the pressure and their ears doing a popping sensation and others just say there stomach isnt right and uneasy when we get to overlooks. This has been a helpful addition to our daily trip, took a friend from out of town and was able to mix this up easily on the go. I tasted first by pouring a small amount in a cup of mine and then passed the rest along. I really am off put by the pricing nad so next time will just Cary an over the counter motion sickness pill.
