Verizon really tried. 3 hours in 2 different stores. An hour on phone. New SIM card wouldn't work. Verizon talking to phone product tech didn't help. Store employees had never seen this model. Works on wifi but older version. Slow. Not great with games.

This is my second product return the first one for not starting at all battery not charging got second one kept on battery for 5 hours still would not start went through all of the things to try to start it Left it on overnight still no start have to return again but this time was not given the option of dropping off at Kohl's have to travel to return it extremely disappointed really needed this product

I bought this to replace one I had had for several years that crapped out. I couldn't get the old one to turn on. I love the new one. The Graphic User Interface (GUI) is more friendly and the unit is mush faster. Unfortunately, I have to set up my old favorite apps from scratch. My pictures were saved to the old micro SD card. Overall, I'm impressed.

I bought this for a field service tech and it has held up impressively.

Charger that came with wasn’t compatiable with the tablet. Charge port was loose and worned out. It did have a receipt for refurbished but it was done well.
