Great book.

Scott Keith and Paul Koch have done a great job with this book. Having compiled some 70 different blogposts from the jaggedword makes this an entertaining and accessible read for all Christian sons, fathers, brothers, and God fathers in the 21st century. I found this book to be well-organized, humorous, and greatly beneficial for myself as I prepare to be a father in a few years.It is worth mentioning that this book is not one I found easy to just sit down a read cover to cover. Due to the book being a compilation of different blogposts, it naturally has noticeably short chapters which are not intended to flow from one to the other. I find this to be a strength of this book. You can easily use this as a “one-a-day” devotional or coffee table book which can be used over a long period of time instead of being set back on a shelf.In the end, I have recommended this book to my father and my father-in-law and I do recommend it for all Christian men. In a time where being a man can sometimes be confusing or odd, Keith and Koch provide you some great pointers and theological input for you in living out your vocation as a baptized and redeemed son of God.
