the bottarga was excellent presented in a very beautiful box altogether reminded me of the product we were having in egypt xnd i liked that you could order one piece and not a huge quantity and it was delivered in no time

did not taste as expected
I don't know if I got a bad one or not but the flavor was awful.

Wonderful Quality
We have been eating Bottarga since 1956. This was a delicacy when we lived in Egypt and each time we visited Italy and Switzerland. The quality here is sensational. My only minor suggestion is for it to be in thicker wax, as this helps retain its unique Unami flavor.

Great quality
This is top notch flavor, the quality is great, price is perfect. There is a more expensive version I also love, but that's a treat 👍

I wish it was better
Not good unfortunately. It was more of a brownish hue rather than golden and a bitter taste dominated. Convenient to be able to buy I Amazon but I will not be buying again unless the quality improves.

Not as fresh as I wish.
This is the first time I bought Bottarga from amazon, usually I get it from speciality markets around my area. I decided to give it a try, and see how the quality is.The presentation and packaging is second to none, I was very impressed. However, the color was dark rather than the gold and the flavor not so fresh.
