The best arm I've found so far
I've tried about 5 arms and this one is so far the best.It looks great. Well thought through and sturdy. Two USB ports on the base are very useful and connected with good USB3 cables.

Good but already showing signs of wear after a year
I've had this monitor arm for a little under a year now. Overall I would've given it a four star review at the time of purchase! It was easy to assemble, has some nice cable guides, and it's extremely flexible in rotation, swivel, and height adjustments. It's premium feeling and made of good materials. It has a slight wobble to it, but it's almost unnoticeable on a sturdy table. However, after a while the tilt mechanism is giving out. It was already not up to par at the beginning. The monitor is of average weight. It's a 27inch monitor weighing 4.2kg (according to LG, the manufacturer) without its stock stand. The one screw holding this mechanism is essentially holding the entire weight of the monitor and the mechanism doesn't lock, meaning that the screw has to be tightened extremely much and yet still loosens (or loses its grip) over the course of a week. That means that the monitor keeps "drooping" or tilting downwards over time. It's possible that this mechanism is slightly faulty in this model or has degraded over time, but I see it as a major design flaw. Or maybe the 2-5kg rating for it is just simply too ambitious. This is still a great monitor arm, but simply not up for a weight of 4kg it seems.Edit: After the monitor arm's tilt mechanism gave up entirely and stopped holding the monitor in place I reached out to ThingyClub and they sent me a replacement part for it. This does seem to hold up better than the last one, so hopefully it'll last longer than a year now.

very good instructions, works like a charm, wish i found that years ago.
This thing is the real deal. The instructions for assembly dont leave any questions. While i set it up i had doubts it would work. Once it is set up; you might need to turn the monitor a bit to get it to stick in the plastic bit on the arm, it is solid as a rock and works like a charm. Iam considering getting another one for my wifes monitor. Wish i had used this years ago.

Cheap and tacky.. doesn't look as good as the pictures
This looks like it should cost perhaps half the price.. £60 is having a laugh. It has really cheap tacky white plastic on the base and arms which frankly makes it look just plain bad.Didn't bother putting it together, just put it straight back in the box and opened a return.

A shame
In parts or is really well made. I so wanted it to work. But it just would not bend down making it unusable. Also its controls are hard to use. It's unwise it have adjustments made by screws or Allen keys that can wear out. Knobs that stick out are better.

I wish I had bought it years ago
It is very easy to install. it works well. I can move my screen in and out, left & right, up and down.It leaves the surface of the desk clear.PS The great thing about this mount and the one for my MacBook is that they create a great ergonomic dynamic on the desk top. I got these things because I was getting neck ache and cramp. Now I can set the screen and monitor up to suit the task I am doing. Intense work requires one configuration: watching a movie, you can set up differently. So I would big up the functionality.Good kit

High quality, stylish and smooth.
Good arm easy to set up, high quality. Has smooth movement however for me it's more a set and forget kind of thing. Gives me much more desk space than a conventional stand. Fitted easily with my lg 27gl850-B. It looks very smart compared to the stand I got with the monitor. My only niggle which I took a star off would be the tilt is fiddly I needed to loosen and tighten the Allen key to get it in place. But overall ld highly recommend.
